On Wednesday, September 4, Jim, Su, and Alex returned to Palmetto Moon after spending the summer going back and forth between the Upstate of SC and Myrtle Beach.  We had a about a week to unpack with Alex helping, reprovision the galley, and get organized.

On Tuesday, September 10, we left Myrtle Beach with stops in Georgetown, Isle of Palms, and Charleston.  Yes, the last was only a cruise of 15 miles but we needed to pass through Breach Inlet at high tide.  We arrived in Port Royal, SC on Saturday, September 14 to spend time with our friends, Terry and Kim.

On Thursday, September 19, we cruised about 30 miles to Hilton Head Island for a MTOA Palmetto Cruisers get-together.  On Friday night, we had drinks and appetizers aboard M/V Moorish Idyll; on Saturday, a luncheon at The Black Marlin with Al Stokes from the Waddell Mariculture Center as the speaker.

On Monday, September 23, we arrived in Brunswick, GA.  We have dined with our friends, JoJo and Tom, several times and attended the Wednesday night appetizers & drinks in the boaters lounge.  We will stay here until mid October.
