The month of celebrations -- we enjoyed the wonderful food served by Halifax Harbor Marina at the Christmas Party held in the Daytona Boat Club building on the extensive marina property and met some of the locals who keep their boats at the marina. The next night we attended the Freedom Boat Club Christmas party on the dock by the Blue Grotto restaurant. Once again we met local people who are members of the club which allows them use of several different types of boats for a monthly fee. The Halifax Christmas Boat Parade concluded the festivities that night. We tried to take pictures; however, most were deleted as a result of blurs or people walking in front of the camera.
